New Funk project starting February

Just before Christmas I met up with Chicago Hip Hop legend Jimi Polo at a Cocktail bar I was performing at, after having a jam on some blues we clicked and talked about working with each other of one of Jimi’s projects which is a Funk/Soul based band in the style of Vulfpeck/Chic.
Jimi send me some material that sounded great so i’ll be flying out to Croatia where he now lives to start work on the material in his studio in February, after which then we will put the band together which will hopefully include Greg Morgan and Peter Mason from our trio THR33 plus find a bassist, then tour the show!
Should be fun.
